Brief Introduction
1.Our juice or tea drinking machine is used for hot filling , and sealing juice, juice drink, tea drinking, etc. And it is integrated with rinsing bottles , filling juice , capping the bottled juice;
 
2.Our machine can with the producing capacity from 1000 BPH -25000 BPH (500ml ), even with the running speed 25000 bottles per hour, our machine will run very stable;
 
3.Bottle volume & material : 100ml -2.5L PET bottle with screw cap, glass bottle with aluminum cap, crown cap, twist-off cap, theft deterrent cap; and the bottles can be round bottle, square bottle, other bottles customer required.
Application
RCGF Series juice filling line is used to produce PET bottled juice within the volume from 200ml-2000ml.
Different models can satisfy various requirement of output from 1500BPH to 25000BPH.
This machine incorporates rinsing,filling and camping into one kind of full-automatic equipment.
It is suitable for producting PET and Plastic bottled juice and tea.
The method of filling adopts hot filling.
The equipment is fitted with advanced Mitsubishi PLC to control the operation and cooperated  by frequency converter of the  main motor.
The adjustment of parts of the suitable bottle shape adopts the turning handle relize ,it's easy and fast.
It makes the operation more stable and reliable.
The photoelectric sensor is used to detect operating condition of each section ,which makes the operation of this equipment highly automatic and convient.
It is the ideal equipment of juice/tea manufacturer .


Features:
1This machine is integrated with rinsing filling and capping three in one machine. It takes bottle handling technology, which makes changing different size bottle more easily.
2It can do the bottles from size 200ml to 2000ml. And little spares are need when changing bottles. We suggest users to take same specification bottles, especially the same bottle neck.
3Our monobloc uses high quality stainless steel 304, which makes sure the quality of the products.
4Advanced programmable PLC is equipped to control the main machine. Working speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion device.
5And capping power can be adjusted. We equip the machine with "No-bottle, No-Cap" system.
6 If there is no bottle, the caps feeding will be stopped.
